This dish will always have a very special place in my heart! If you want the best lunch or dinner to serve today that your family will love, then you have got to try this recipe! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! You can always tweak this recipe to your liking. Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 12 mins | Total Time: 22 mins | Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

1/4 c butter

1 1/4 pounds extra-large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon minced garlic (3 cloves)

1/8 teaspoons red pepper flakes, or to taste (optional)

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Salt and pepper

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Lay the shrimp into a baking dish.

Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to low.

Add butter and allow it to melt.

Add the garlic and sauté until aromatic.

Add the lemon and stir until well blended.

Pour the mixture on top of the shrimp and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimps are well coated.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until done.

Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Serve and enjoy!
