Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan with all the flavor and no fatÂ This crispy and delicious chicken is my obsession!Â It is so easy to prepare and can be ready in just 10 minutes.Â Chicken cutlets, eggs, flour, Italian breadcrumbs, panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.Â Add a side salad to complete the meal.
Air frying is great because it doesn’t require me to heat up the entire house.Â The entire process of preparing this chicken took about 10 minutes.Â The chicken was just fried in a pan, then I topped it with cheese and sauce, then baked them.

4 chicken cutlets
â…“Â cupÂ all-purpose flour
2Â eggs,Â lightly beaten
â…“Â cupÂ Italian breadcrumbs
â…“Â cupÂ panko breadcrumbs
â…“Â cupÂ grated parmesan cheese
Â½Â cupÂ spaghetti sauce
1Â½Â cupsÂ shredded mozzarella cheese
Three shallow dishes should be prepared.Â Put flour in one dish, eggs in another, and mix panko breadcrumbs, Italian breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese together in one dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.Â Dip chicken cutlets into flour and then dip it in egg, coat with breadcrumbs.
Place 2 cutlets coated in a basket for the air fryer.Â Spray with cooking spray.
Cook at 350oF for 6 min.
Spread 2 Tbsp of spaghetti sauce on each cutlet, and then top it with 1/2 mozzarella cheese.
Cook at 400oF for approximately 4 to 5 more minutes.
Continue with the remaining cutlets.
