Slow Cooker Coca-Cola Pulled pork might be my favorite meal. The only ingredients are a pork shoulder and a can Coca-Cola. The pork was cooked in the crockpot as I left the house, and it was ready when I returned from work. It just fell apart. It was delicious! To go with it, I made a Coca-Cola BBQ sauce. OMG! This was the best pork I have ever eaten! This must be tried immediately!

Ingredients:
Coca-Cola Pulled Pork
1 (3½-lb) boneless pork shoulder
1Â (12-oz)Â can Coca-Cola
Coca-Cola Barbecue Sauce
¾ cup Coca-Cola
¾ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt, or to taste

Pulled Pork
Place the pork in the crockpot. Pour coke over the pork. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove from crockpot and shred. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
BBQ Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover pan; reduce heat and simmer about 20 to 30 minutes until sauce is very thick. Stir occasionally.
