Pulled Pork Pastry Puffs with only 4 Ingredients! Great recipe for a quick lunch, dinner or party. Pork smoked and seasoned with BBQ sauce, cheese, and then baked in puff pastry. It’s so good! You can make ahead and freeze them for later. These are great with coleslaw, Ranch or BBQ sauce for dip. YUM!

Our favorite is the Pulled Pork Pastry Puffs. These puffs are perfect for any occasion, including lunch or dinner. They can be made ahead and frozen unbaked until you are ready to serve. To save time for next week’s Super Bowl, I will be making another batch. I love easy, make-ahead recipes such as this one!

Yield: 18 puffs
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Total Time: 25 mins

Ingredients:

1 (17.3-oz) package puff pastry, defrosted
¾ pound pulled pork
¾ cup BBQ sauce
1¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp water

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400oF. Place parchment paper on baking sheets. Set aside.

Unfold pastry sheets. Each sheet should be cut into nine squares.

Mix barbecue sauce with pulled pork. Place pulled pork and cheese down center of the pastry squares.

Place the filling on two sides of each square and fold them over. Place on a baking sheet.

Mix egg whites and water. Use egg wash to brush each pastry.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temp
