Easy dinner recipe: No-Peek Pork Chops & Rice Pork chops, seasoned bell pepper, rice, cream chicken soup, cream mushroom soup, chicken broth and onion soup mix. Combine everything and place it in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. It was so easy that everyone ate their meals! Even the pickiest eaters!
No Peek Pork Chops & Rice is a family favorite. These are easy to prepare and taste amazing! The pork chops were tender and the rice was delicious. This rice is so delicious, I could eat it all day. No-Peek Pork Chops and Rice is our favorite Sunday meal. It’s so easy to mix everything up and put it in the oven. While the casserole is baking, make some green beans and asparagus. Dinner is ready!

Ingredients:
8Â boneless pork chops
1 Tbsp seasoned pepper
1Â (10.5-oz)Â can cream of chicken soup
1Â (10.5-oz)Â can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups chicken broth
1½ cups long grain rice uncooked
1 packet dry onion soup mix
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350oFÂ Lightly spray a 9x13x2-inch baking tray with cooking spray.
Mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, rice and onion soup mix in the bottom of the baking dish. Combine all ingredients. You can also mix the ingredients in a bowl, then pour them into a baking dish.
Season both sides with seasoned pepper. Sprinkle on top of the rice mixture.
Place foil on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 1 hour 15 to 1 hour 30 minutes.
Notes:
Season pork chops with salt & pepper instead of seasoned pepper
