Servings: 8 | Yield: 1 pie

Lemonade Pie is a delicious dessert-like summer. Serve this cold or frozen, it’s sweet, fluffy, and it’s a snap to make. It is the best ending of every meal during the summer. If you want a fast and simple dessert recipe, then this one is for you. I guarantee that it’s light, fluffy, and a little bit tart.

This recipe is an essential summer in our house and is since I was young. It’s so easy, super-fast, and tastes fantastic. We all need something cool to bring the temperature down when it is hot like this one. This super cool, super delicious Lemonade Pie will certainly do the trick. I’ve been toying with this type of pastry for years, and I think I finally got it down to a very easy, no-fail recipe. I hope you’ll like it not just because it’s delicious but also because it is easy to make.

Ingredients:

1 (9 inches) prepared graham cracker crust

¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 (14 oz) can sweeten condensed milk

(1) (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

Add and combine lemonade concentrate, cream cheese, and condensed milk in a blender, blend over medium speed until the mixture is smooth. In a bowl, transfer the mixture and fold in whipped topping. Pour the mixture into graham cracker crust.

Notes:

To help make it on hips a little easier, use Fat-Free Sugar-Free Pudding Mix, 1% milk, and Lite Cool Whip. It still tastes great.

You can freeze that pie to enjoy later, OR you can even eat this frozen. If you’re bringing this pie to a BBQ, freezing it is a great idea, and pull it out when you’re ready for your event.

If you’re not chilling this enough, you’ll get a pudding texture that won’t hold its shape when it’s sliced.
