It’s so moist, flavorful and easy to make!
Traditional Melt in Your Mouth chicken uses boneless, skinless breasts. The meat is baked in a simple sour-cream mixture to create a succulent and moist texture. The same idea applies – you get moist chicken, but the caesar dressing adds flavor. It’s garlicky and creamy, yet very simple to make. This is the perfect weeknight chicken recipe – it’s quick and easy, but delicious!

5m prep time
30m cook time
INGREDIENTS
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar salad dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Fresh parsley, chopped, for serving
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish using nonstick spray.
To make chicken breasts even thinner, pound them to a 1-inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper. Place in baking dish.
Mix the caesar dressing with the sour cream, garlic powder and 1 cup Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
Spread the mixture on chicken breasts, and then top it with any remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Broil the chicken for 2-4 minutes. Enjoy!
