Ingredients:
2/3 c water
1 1/2 c jarred salsa divided
1 lb. ground beef
1 c shredded cheddar cheese divided
1 packet taco seasoning
12 oz. Jumbo pasta shells
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Refer to the instructions provided on the package of the pasta shells on how to cook them. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown. Discard accumulated grease.
Add water and taco seasoning. Stir until well blended.
Add 3/4 cup of cheese and 1 cup of salsa. Stir until well blended.
Stuff each pasta shell with the mixture.
Top each with the rest of the salsa and a generous amount of cheese.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
