It’s the end of college football season. All the big dogs will be playing this weekend. It’s Christmas at our house! While we watch all the games, I make lots of snacks for us. These Taco Ranch Bits are on the agenda! Taco Meat, Ranch Dressing, Cheese, Diced Tomatoes, Green Chiles, and Cheese baked in phyllo Tarts. Seriously delicious! These were delicious! This weekend, I cannot wait to try it again!

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1Â (1-oz)Â package taco seasoning
1Â (10-oz)Â can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1Â (8-oz)Â bottle Ranch dressing
5Â (15-count)Â frozen phyllo tart shells
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350oF.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until it is no longer pink. Drain the fat.
Mix in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and green chiles. Stir for five minutes. Turn off the heat.
Mix Ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese and taco meat.
Place taco meat mixture in frozen phyllo tart shells. This is the point where you can freeze it for later.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted. If baking frozen tarts, add 2-3 minutes to the baking times.
