Ingredients:
1 lb Italian sausage
1Â (32-oz)Â container chicken broth
1Â (28-oz)Â can petite diced tomatoes
2Â (10.5-oz)Â cans tomato soup
2 (8-oz) containers chive and onion cream cheese spread, softened
1 (18-oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini, uncooked
Instructions:
Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet until it is browned but not pink. Transfer the cooked sausage to a slow cooker
To the slow cooker, add chicken broth, tomatoes, and tomato soup. Cover and cook at LOW for 6-8 hours.
Add cream cheese and cheese tortelli. Cover and bake on HIGH for 15-20 to 30 minutes or until the tortellini is done.
