3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 boxes (16 oz each) of cream cheese
1 packet of ranch seasoning
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1 tsp of garlic powder
8 slices of bacon, crumbled
8 slices of cheddar cheese
8 hoagie rolls
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder.
