3 tablespoons olive oil
1 small sweet onion, sliced
salt to taste
4 cloves garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried parsley
1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and salt. Cook for 15 minutes; add garlic, basil, thyme, and parsley. Add cauliflower and toss together.
Step 3: Place skillet in preheated oven and roast for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through roasting time.
Step 4: Sprinkle cauliflower with Parmesan cheese and serve.
