A big hit !! This delicious Garlic Shrimp recipe is great as appetizer or Serve it over pasta or rice !! Definitely a keeper !!

WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE :

– Shrimp: 1 kg (medium size)

– Lemon juice: 1

– Egg: 1 (beaten)

– Flour to cover

– Rusk or crushed cakes to cover

– Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)

– Salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT :

1. Make sure the shrimp is peeled and washed well with water. Then you can filter, season with garlic, lemon juice and spices. And please leave in the marinade for an hour.

2. You’ll want then to dip shrimp in flour, then eggs, then rusk.

3. To finish, heat oil well, fry shrimp until golden and drain on dry paper.
