The way to make cream at home is one of the best ways and solutions by which you can decorate many delicious desserts, such as cake and cake.

In the following, let us know how to make white patisserie cream, how to make white cream to decorate a cake, and how to make coffee cream:

Ingredients :

° Half a liter of liquid milk.

° 2 tablespoons of vanilla.

° A cup of powdered fine sugar.

° 2 tablespoons of starch.

° 2 eggs.

Method of preparation:

Mix milk, sugar, starch and vanilla together well in an electric mixer.

Add egg whites to the above and whisk well in an electric mixer.

The previously prepared mixture is placed in a saucepan over a quiet fire, and stirred continuously to obtain a thick consistency.

Add lemon juice to the above, and mix well to obtain cream.

Leave aside until use.
