Seafood Boil

Ingredients:

° 3 lemons, divided
° 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning, plus more for garnish
° 8 crushed garlic cloves
° 1 onion, peel & cutting to 6 pieces
° 1 pound small Yukon gold potatoes, cut into halves
° 4 corn cobs, cut into 3-4 inch pieces
° 3 lobster tails
° 1 pound shelled oyster
° 1 pound precooked crab legs
° 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces, preferably kielbasa or andouille
° 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail left on)
° 3 tablespoons butter
° 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

How to make seafood boil:

Cut 2 lemons into quarters. Cutting rest lemon to tranches and reserve wedges for decorate.

Fill  large sauce-pan with 14-16 C water. Putting 2 lemons in water with Old Bay seasoning, garlic & onions. Mix is boiled.

Adding potatoes to pot & cook about 8 min .

Adding lobster tails also cook about 5 min.

Adding oysters, crab, & corn, & cook about 5 min .

Adding shrimp also sausage & cooking about 2-3 min .

Strain seafood mix from pot, reserving 1 c of broth.

Melt butter in small bowl also whisk it to reserved broth. Pour broth ovn seafood min.

Garnish with chop parsley also lemon tranches . Sprinkling with more Old Bay seasoning to taste, then serving directly.
