Felt the need to make dessert quick because I invited a few friends over. Unfortunately, I could not drive to the store and all I have are a few boxes of peach pie filling, a little raspberry jam, cream cheese, egg roll wrappers, and vanilla ice cream.
These Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls are great and tasted delicious. I appreciate serving them for any occasion to myself or to my family with the sweet peaches inside.
