Directions

1. Pour boiling water over oatmeal.
2. Set aside to cool.
3. Cream sugars and butter.
4. Add: oatmeal, flour,soda,cinnamon, eggs, vanilla.
5. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes in a greased and floured 9×13 pan.
6. Make icing.
7. Mix all icing ingredients,and spread on hot cake.
8. Put under broiler for a few minutes til bubbly
