INGREDIENTS
1 cup ham, diced
1/4 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
2/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated, divided
1 green onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
4 eggs
1 refrigerated pie crust
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Place ham in a medium skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, stir cream cheese until softened and smooth. Add ham, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce garlic powder and onion powder, and stir together until fully combined and incorporated.
Unroll pie dough and place in pie dish, crimping edges as desired.
Transfer mixture to pie dish, then sprinkle with 1/3 cup cheddar cheese and green onion.
In the same bowl as before, whisk together eggs, sour cream and heavy cream until combined, then pour mixture into pie dish and top with remaining 1/3 cup cheese.
Place pie dish in oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until center is just set.
