Ingredients:
21 jumbo shells
1½ cups shredded cooked chicken
1½ cups cottage cheese
4- oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1Â (15-oz)Â jar Alfredo sauce
1 Tbsp dried parsley
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain.
Combine chicken, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and parsley.
Stuff pasta shells with cheese mixture. Place in baking dish. Spread Alfredo sauce on top of stuffed shells. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
