Ingredients:
Garlic Cloves
1 Whole Onion
BBQ sauce of your choice (I love me some honey BBQ)
Package of Country Style Ribs (pork) or you can use beef ribs too. You also can use boneless or bone-in packs of ribs.
Salt and Pepper
Liquid Smoke
Directions:
Prepare the crockpot and preheat to low.
Slice the garlic and onions into small pieces.
Scatter the garlic and onion slices into the prepared pot.
Lay the ribs over the veggies, then top each with liquid smoke.
Add the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and seal the pot and cook the ribs for about 6 hours on a low setting.
Serve and enjoy!
