Three of my favorites in one. If you stumbled upon a recipe that has chocolate, caramel, and peanut butter it is gonna be hard to resist because you know that it is going to be good. I love them all so these bars are the perfect fix whenever I have cravings. Gooey, chocolatey, nutty, and super addicting! These bars are insanely delicious! An easy and quick fix for when you want something sweet yet not overwhelming. These gorgeous bars are to die for!

INGREDIENTS

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup butter softened

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 eggs

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

FOR THE CARAMEL SAUCE:
5 oz evaporated milk

1 bag (14 oz) caramels

1/2 cup peanut butter

HOW TO MAKE KNOCK YOU NAKED BARS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees.

Step 2: Then, grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add in the eggs one at a time, beating every after each addition.

Step 5: Slowly mix in the flour mixture into the butter mixture, then, stir in the chocolate chips.

Step 6: Spoon half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan and spread.

Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 8: Meanwhile, in a double boiler, melt the caramels with the evaporated milk. Once the caramels are melted, add in the peanut butter and thoroughly melt.

Step 9: Remove the cookie dough from the oven. Spoon the caramel mixture on top of the dough and spread.

Step 10: Drop by spoonfuls the rest of the cookie dough over the caramel mixture.

Step 11: Put it back in the oven and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
