This recipe has always been a part of my life since I was little. My Aunt Jenna taught me this recipe. She has a lot of recipes, but this one has always been my favourite! The good old Mac and Cheese dish never gets old! I know you probably have your recipe for this, but I promise you that this is the best! Well, you just have to try this and taste it yourself! Make sure to add more cheese. Thank me later! Have a blessed day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 lb elbow macaroni

4 lbs Cheddar cheese, sliced

1 ½ c milk

5 Eggs, or more to taste

1 tbsp yellow mustard

ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 150 degrees C or 300 degrees F.

Place a large pot with salted water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.

Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente. This will take about 8 minutes.

Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Add some of the elbow macaroni into a 5-quart baking dish.

Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.

Repeat the process until all the ingredients are arranged in layers ending with cheese.

Add eggs, mustard, and milk into a mixing bowl. Beat until well combined.

Pour the mixture on top of the macaroni mixture and spread it evenly.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle black pepper on top. Allow it to cool at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!
