Stir through tomato sauce, peas, and the cooked macaroni, then transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, then bake until golden and melted.

Ingredients:
150g macaroni
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 diced brown onion
500g beef mince
2 peeled and diced carrots
40g sachet French onion soup mix
1/4 cup of tomato sauce
1 cup of frozen peas
1 cup of grated tasty cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180C and grease an oven-proof baking dish.
Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until it is just al dente. Drain and set it aside.
In a large frypan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook the onion for about 4 minutes until it is soft.
Add the beef mince and cook it until it is well-browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
Add the diced carrots and French onion soup mix, and stir well.
Pour in 2 cups of water, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, peas, and drained macaroni.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top it with grated cheese and bake it for 15 minutes until it is golden and melted.
Notes:
Be sure to taste for seasoning as packet soup mixes can be salty, so only add salt if necessary.
