Easy Butter Tarts seem like an absurdity. Butter tarts are easy to make, so grab some pastry shells if you need a quick baking idea. These butter tarts are great for winter and summer.
Butter tarts are a favorite of ours. My husband also loves them. They freeze well and are a favorite for baking. Simply place them in a sealed container and sandwich wax paper between each row. Freeze for up to two weeks.
