This easy and authentic Canned Cowboy Stew is a special delicacy with an unbelievable hearty taste. Loaded with veggies, tomatoes, beans, onions, and others, it provides a healthy option for dieters.

1 ½ lb. Ground beef
½ Medium onion chopped
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Cans Corn drained
2 Cans Green beans drained
1 Can Red beans rinsed and drained
1 Can Stewed tomatoes 15oz.
1 Can Diced tomatoes 15oz.
Place the ground beef and onion in a deep-sided skillet or stockpot over medium-high heat. Saute until the meat is completely browned and the onions are beginning to soften.
Add the minced garlic, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste to the skillet with the meat, and stir to combine.
Pour the corn, green beans, red beans, stewed tomatoes and diced tomatoes into the pot or skillet,and stir to combine completely.
Reduce the heat to a simmer, and simmer covered for 50-60 minutes, adding more salt and pepper to taste if needed.
