When busy days require easy meals, I like to switch to crock pot. When it is often employed as a method to prepared healthy soups also stews, I love to using a cooking pot or slowly cooker to prepared chicken .
Ingredients :
1 Can Mashed Pineapples
1 Cup BBQ Sauce
3 – 5 Boneless Chiicken Breasts
Directions:
Blend together BBQ Sauce & Pineapples in bowl.
Placing chiicken in Crock Pot
Pour blending on chicken
Cooking on low about 5 – 6 h .
Note : You may employ sugar free bbq sauce to cutting down on sugar .
