Crockpot meals are a favorite of mine, especially during the holidays. I don’t know if you are as busy as me during the holidays. Dinner is the last thing that I want to think about. This recipe is simple and delicious. Slow-cooked chicken in chicken gravy, cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. The shredded chicken can be served over rice, and the dinner is complete. I used Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice and dinner was ready in 5 minutes. It’s hard to beat that at any time of the year.
