These Creamy Noodles are so good, I could make a whole meal of them. These noodles are so good! They are easy to prepare. The sauce can be made while the spaghetti boils. You can then make the noodles in just 15 minutes. These are great side dishes!
These Cream Noodles are great as a side dish to chicken or pork. You could even cut up meat and add it to the noodles as a main course. This is a great way to spice up leftovers.

Ingredients:
8- oz thin spaghetti
6- oz cream cheese cubed
1½ tsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp sour cream
5 Tbsp milk
2 to 3 tsp salt-free Cajun seasoning
¼ tsp onion powder
1½ tsp dried parsley
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Follow the package instructions to cook spaghetti. Drain.
As the spaghetti is cooking, make the sauce.
Sauté garlic in butter for one minute in a large skillet on medium heat. Mix the cream cheese, cream cheese, milk, Cajun seasonings, onion powder, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low. Stir until smooth. Do not boil. Stir in the parmesan cheese.
Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
