The Creamy Garlic Prawns are your favorite garlic prawns … plus our creamy garlic sauce! A few simple tricks to make a sauce that will cut above your main recipes – de-boil the skillet with a little white wine, a sprinkle of chicken broth, and sprinkle with Parmesan. Because plump prawns require the best sauce!

Plump shrimp marinated in garlic then seared in butter, finished with a drizzle of dry white wine and lemon juice is my favorite way to make prawns. Here’s the recipe here – Garlic Prawns.

Then there’s this version – Garlic Prawns PLUS a creamy garlic sauce. It’s the flaky version, and it’s more forgiving for those nights when you want / need something to impress, and an extra sauce to smooth the starchy side of your choice so you can warm up every drop of that sauce!

What you need for garlic creamy shrimp

This recipe might require some ingredients that others don’t need – like wine, parmesan, and chicken broth. But these are the three things that give the sauce that extra depth of flavor that piles up in great restaurants. So don’t skip them!

Ingredients

° 1 ½ lbs. Large peeled and flowered shrimp with tails

° 2 tbsp. olive oil

° 3 tablespoons. Unsalted butter

° 3 tsp. Minced garlic

° C. white cooking wine

° 1 C. Heavy whipping cream

° ½ c. Grated parmesan cheese

° Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions :

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat on the stove.

Add the shrimp to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry on both sides until burnt and cooked through. Removing From heat also set apart .

Minimzie heat to medium, & adding butter also garlic to skillet. Frying until butter melts.

Stirring white cooking wine in skillet & simmer to the liquid is reduced by half.

Whisk heavy whipping cream in the skillet and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Mix the Parmesan cheese with the sauce and add the shrimp to the skillet, stirring well.
