Ingredients
14 ounce package frozen broccoli florets, thawed
2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
2 (10.5 ounce) cans Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip or Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*F
Place thawed Broccoli Florets on the bottom of a 9×9 casserole dish.
Top with diced cooked chicken or turkey.
In a small bowl combine cream of chicken soup, milk, mayonnaise and lemon juice – see notes if adding rice or curry powder.
Pour soup mixture over chicken.
In same bowl mix cracker crumbs, cheese and melted butter.
Sprinkle cracker mixture over casserole.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
Serve immediately.
