This is a true classic, but with a simple twist.
What has been the history of the Waldorf Salad? It’s actually been around for over a century! It is true that the Waldorf Salad was invented at the Waldorf-Astoria, New York, over 100 years ago. And it hasn’t gone out of style yet. It won’t, but I doubt it will. The combination of apples, grapes and celery, walnuts, mayo, and mayo are so delicious, we couldn’t resist adding more. This Cranberry Waldorf Salad is a variation of the original, but with tart cranberries to give it some festive winter flair. This is a classic recipe with a twist.
