This pasta salad is great with grilled meats and sandwiches. This pea salad with some Olexa’s Chicken Salad is a great choice for quick lunches or dinners. Chicken Legs even ate this pea salad for dinner once.

Ingredients:
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
¼ cup cooked chopped bacon
3 green onions, chopped
2 cups frozen baby peas, thawed
¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup prepared Ranch dressing
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Cook macaroni according the package instructions. Let cool.
Combine cooked macaroni, Cheese, bacon, green onions and peas in a bowl.
Mix mayonnaise and Ranch dressing together. Pour over macaroni mixture and toss to coat.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before you serve.
