This Corn Casserole will surely make your day extra special! I am so glad that I gave this recipe a try because I never would have tasted perfection! Oh, man, you have got to give this recipe a try. I have listed all the things you will be needing so all you have to do is to follow them step by step, and you are good to go! As perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. I am sure that you can do a lot to make this recipe even better! Okay, enough with the long introduction. Yield: 4 to 5 Servings

Ingredients:

1 c whole milk

2 Eggs, beaten

1 can(s) whole kernel corn, drained

1 stick butter, melted

1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

1 can(s) creamed style corn

3 tbsp sugar

4 tbsp all-purpose flour (4 heaping tbsp)

1/4 tsp salt and pepper

1/4 c diced green pepper

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.

Add the creamed-style corn, whole kernel corn, eggs, green peppers, cheddar cheese, whole milk, salt, pepper, flour, butter, and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Stir everything until well blended.

Apply cooking spray in a casserole dish.

Move the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour or until done.

Remove the Corn Casserole from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!
