Copycat Chicken Salad Chick’s Grape Salad – this stuff tastes like crack. It’s so good! It is made with cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and grapes, and topped with brown sugar. This recipe is perfect for crowds: brunch, baby showers, office potlucks, tailgating, and holiday breakfasts. It’s so easy and delicious! You can make ahead and refrigerate.

Ingredients:
3 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
2½ cups sour cream
1¼ cups sugar
1 Tbsp of vanilla
5 pounds seedless grapes, half red and half green
½ cup pecans, finely chopped
½ cup brown sugar
Instructions:
Wash the grapes and take out the stems. Dry completely.
Use a handheld mixer to beat the cream cheese until it is smooth. Add the sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and mix well. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Mix the cream cheese mixture with the grapes. Gently mix until all are coated. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool until ready for use
Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top of the grape salad just before serving
