You’ll love this creamy and spicy sauce to accompany your favorite poultry!
° 2 carrots
° 1 celery stalk
° 1 broccoli
° 4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin slices
To prepare the sauce:
° 1 can heavy cream of chicken 284 ml
°180 ml chicken broth
°1/2 cup (125 ml) dried shallot (French), chopped
°30 ml (2 tablespoons) old mustard
°15 ml (1 tsp) minced garlic
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients.
Cut the carrots and celery into cubes. Cutting broccoli to small florets.
Put the vegetables and chicken in an airtight bag.
Pour the sauce into the bag, then close it. Shake well to mix the preparation. Removing air from bag and seal it.
Lay the bag flat on a baking tray, then freeze for at least 2 hours. Remove the board.
The day before a meal, let the bag thaw in the refrigerator.
When cooking, place the preparation in the slow cooker. Cover and cook over low heat for 4 to 5 hours.
