INGREDIENTS
FOR THE DOUGH
1-1/3 cups water
2 teaspoons sugar
1-1/4 teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons cornmeal
3-1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1-1/2 teaspoons yeast
FOR THE ROLLS
1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, softened
8-10 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
3 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

FOR THE DOUGH:
BREAD MACHINE INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to add the ingredients to your bread machine. Choose the dough setting. Continue with the recipe until the machine sounds a beep.
FOR THE ROLLS:
Preheat oven to 350°F Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Roll out dough into an 18×10-inch rectangle.
Combine butter, garlic, parsley, and olive oil in a bowl. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the dough with a pastry brush.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the dough.
Roll the dough jelly-roll style. Slice into 12 equal slices.
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the rolls for 35 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Serve warm.
