These heavenly treats are simply the best! They are the perfect party food! I am so excited to share this recipe with you today! I am 100 per cent sure that you and your friends are going to love these Cheese and Bacon Swirls! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! Just follow these simple steps for they will guide you to perfection! I can’t think of any reason why you shouldn’t give this recipe a try! It is just too perfect that everyone deserves it! Okay, enough with the long introduction. It is time to go to your kitchen and start prepping, am I right? Well, here you go! I have listed all the things you will be needing! Ingredients:

1 Egg, beaten

75 grams cheddar, grated

3/4 tub cream cheese

1 onion, diced

1 pack all-butter puff pastry

Salt & pepper to season

A handful of parsley, chopped

5 back bacon rashers, sliced into 1-centimetre strips

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 355 degrees F or 180 degrees C.

Line with baking paper a baking sheet.

Spoon cream cheese over the rolled-out puff pastry and spread it evenly.

Scatter onion, cheddar cheese, parsley, bacon rashers, salt, and pepper over the cream cheese layer.

Roll the puff pastry from end to end.

Slice it into 1-inch pieces.

Lay them onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave a small space between each swirl.

Brush each swirl with egg wash.

Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the swirls for about 20 to 25 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!
