We guarantee that you will make this your second summer shindig!
This cauliflower bacon salad is a great alternative to potato salad, coleslaw and broccoli salad. It’s creamy without being too unhealthy for you, and packed with flavor. The base of this dish is made up of cauliflower, bacon, hard-boiled eggs and cheddar cheese. But the dressing adds even more flavor.
