The ingredients :
° Butter – 100 gr
° Crushed garlic – 6 cloves
° Chopped mushrooms – a cup
° Chicken breast cut into slices – 500 gr
° Nestle Cream – 2 boxes
° Maggi or Knorr Soup with Mushroom – 1 sachet
° Green thyme, or to taste – 2 teaspoons
To boil chicken:
° Fine cinnamon for seasoning chicken – to taste
° Bay leaves – as desired
The method of work :
1- Season the chicken slices with a little soft cinnamon, then put them in a saucepan and immerse them in water. Add bay leaf and boil it half a boil.
2- Meanwhile, melt the butter over the stove, then add the crushed garlic to it and stir until soft.
3- Add the chopped mushrooms, then cover the saucepan and leave the ingredients on a low heat until the mushrooms are tender.
4- Lift the chicken slices from the boiling broth after they are done and add it to the butter, garlic and mushroom mixture, and leave it on a low heat for 5 minutes.
5- Add the cream and green thyme, with constant stirring.
6- Melt the mushroom soup mixture in half a cup of water, then add it to the saucepan and leave it on a low heat until the ingredients hold together well.
