16 oz.Â Blackberries
1 C.Â Water
1C. + Â¼ C.Â Granulated sugar divided
1 Â½ C.Â Bisquik
1 C.Â Milk
1 tsp.Â Vanilla extract
8 Tbsp.Â Butter unsalted and melted
How to make Blackberry Cobbler:
Step 1.Â Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2.Â Mix together the water, berries, and Â¼ cup of sugar in a saucepan on the stovetop over medium heat. Cook until the berries begin to soften and the sugar has dissolved.
Step 3.Â In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquik, 1 cup of sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine well.
Step 4.Â Pour the butter into the bottom of a 9Ã—13 baking dish.
Step 5.Â Add the berry mixture to the baking dish.
Step 6.Â Drizzle the batter over the baking dish, and bake for 30-40 minutes until cooked through and browned.
