Ingredients:
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1-kilogram chicken thighs and legs with skin and bone-in
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Onion Powder
¾ c BBQ Sauce
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Line with aluminium foil a baking tray.
Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken pieces.
Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Lay the chicken pieces onto the lined baking tray. Make sure to leave a small space between each chicken.
Sprinkle the dry ingredients over the chicken pieces and toss until well coated.
Place the baking tray inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken pieces for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush each with the BBQ sauce.
Put them back inside the oven and bake for another 10 minutes at 425 degrees F.
Remove from the oven and brush each with BBQ sauce again. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Note:
Add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to the BBQ sauce if it is too sweet.
