1 tbsp olive oil, or avocado oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme, oregano, parsley, or other herbs
1 tsp paprika
HOW TO MAKE THE BEST BAKED CHICKEN BREAST
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
