1 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350oF Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Cook ground beef in a large skillet until it is no longer pink. Drain the fat. Add taco seasoning, water, and stir. Allow to simmer for about 5-10 minutes or until the water is almost completely absorbed.
Mix the soups, onions, tomatoes, Cheez Whiz Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce and tomato in a saucepan on medium heat until well blended. Salt and pepper to your liking. Set aside.
Cover a casserole dish with enough crushed tortilla chip chips to cover the bottom. Spread half of the taco meat over the chips. Pour half of the Rotel mixture on top. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top. Continue the process with the remaining cheddar cheese and all the mozzarella.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly
