I had many memories of when the bread was baking and the wonderful aroma filled the house. It went as fast as it would have gone. This bread turned out to be amazing as I remember it. It’s totally soft and reminds me of our favorite bread, Grandma Sycamore!

flour 500 g
Salt 10 g
Baker’s yeast 10 g
olive oil 2 tbsp
Put baker’s yeast and salt in a cup. Dissolve the two ingredients in a little lukewarm water. On the work surface, place flour and the shape of the well. We add the mixture (yeast, salt, water) and olive oil. To mix everything.

We take the dough and knead it on a surface sprinkled with flour. Form the bread dough and place it on a floured oven plate.
Cover the bread again with the cloth and leave it for about an hour.
Preheated Oven To 175 degrees C.
The bread will puff up again. Before setting the oven, make slits on the bread. Cook for 40 minutes.
